Privacy notice

Xalta Academy uses the details you choose to provide to respond to enquiries about learning, school programmes and team coaching. Contact support@xalta.academy with privacy questions or requests.

What the enquiry form collects

Your name, email address, selected interest, optional message and school or organisation name where relevant. We record your permission to respond. We do not ask for National ID numbers, payment details or student records.

The service also uses a one-way keyed representation of your network address and email for abuse prevention, plus a random submission identifier to prevent duplicates. Your message is not stored in browser storage.

How the details are used

We use enquiry information to respond, understand your requested programme and keep track of the conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell enquiry information.

Storage and access

Contact details and message content are encrypted before entering the website enquiry database. Access is restricted to authorised operations staff using server-side credentials. Hosting and database providers process service information on Xalta’s behalf; infrastructure processing may take place outside Uganda.

We aim to resolve enquiries and remove website enquiry records within 30 days. If you proceed to enrolment or an engagement, we will explain the information needed and its retention separately. Operational backups and any authorised follow-up records need their own retention controls.

Cookies and service logs

This site does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. If you choose a light or dark theme, a preference is saved on your device. You can change it with the theme switch; no contact details are stored with it. A short-lived, HTTP-only receipt cookie can show confirmation after a form submission; it expires after ten minutes. Hosting infrastructure may retain technical request logs, including network information, for operation and security.

Your choices

You can contact Xalta to ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for further enquiry follow-up. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. Avoid sending identity documents unless a justified, protected process has been agreed.

School enquiries

The school form is intended for school staff or responsible adults. Do not submit children’s names, grades or personal records. Student participation, tool access and permissions are arranged separately with the school before a pilot.
