Report a security concern

If you notice a security issue affecting Xalta, email support@xalta.academy with “Security report” in the subject.

What to include

Share the affected page, what you observed and enough detail for us to reproduce it safely. Avoid including other people’s personal information, passwords or confidential data.

Please do not access other users’ information, interrupt the service or publicly disclose sensitive details while the issue is being assessed.

Protect your own information

The public enquiry form does not need an ID document, password or payment information. If a message claiming to be from Xalta asks for these unexpectedly, contact us through the address above.
