Looking for individual mentorship?
What’s included?

Eight hours of workshops or pairing, six hours of review support, and two hours of planning and reporting. We agree the product goal and review scope with you and your engineering lead, including code access and confidentiality.

What do I get to make decisions with?

A prioritised action plan, reviewed examples and an end-of-cycle progress review. You can see what moved forward, which risks remain and what the team should tackle next.

Need a different scope?

Additional developers, specialist topics or a longer timeframe receive a tailored quotation. Production delivery and on-call incident response are separate from coaching.

Scope, total price and applicable charges are agreed in writing before work begins. Share your challenge in the enquiry; keep confidential source code out of the form.
